Interviews in the park
The walking interviews allowed us as researchers to interact with fifth graders and get familiar with their school environment. From that, we found out how environmentally aware the students are about the park, but also how much they are exposed to nature compared to other students attending different schools around town. This hotspot map, inspired by our story map, highlights some of the most interesting and talked about areas of the park according to the fifth-grade students.
